no backouts from group orders unless you have a replacement that won’t back out either. once the groupchat is made, no backouts at all. paid backouts will not receive refunds.

payment deadlines will be stated in the group chat, where a masterlist to show progress will be sent, as well as any other outstanding information. please let me know if you need a payment extension. i understand that money is tight and life happens, and i’m happy to do my best to accommodate you!

if your items arrive and you do not respond for 15 days, your items will be up for reclaim/resale. if you know you will be away for this amount of time, let me know in advance, so that you can keep your items!
